I’m trying to find the temperature and salinity data that corresponds with the DIC sample data for the KKN221-04 (Irminger 2014) cruise. The Niskin bottle listed for each cast and sample range from 2 to 20 in the DIC sample data spreadsheet, however the CTD data in the .ros files from this cruise list bottles 1-12. I have check the read me and sample log but am still unsure how to align the two sets of data. Any insight would be much appreciated!
We are now generating Discrete Sample Summary spreadsheets which combine all of the discrete sample data from the various labs with the CTD data from the .btl files. This should make an easier one-stop-shop for looking at water sampling data.
