Is the trend qc test active? The OOI quality control page says it is not operational, but I am seeing qc_executed flags of 29 for some data. Thanks.
I wouldn’t say that it’s “working” but there are lookup table values in the QC Github repo for some data streams: qc-lookup/data_qc_trend_test_values.csv at master · oceanobservatories/qc-lookup · GitHub. Anything that has numbers under the TrendTest_TimeIntLengthDays,TrendTest_PolynomialOrder, and TrendTest_nstd columns will produce a value in the QC results in downloaded data. The results were never evaluated, and we never got a chance to fine-tune the test to provide a useful output.
