Hi, I am looking for the turn-around cruise data and related documentation. I know that this is no longer hosted on Alfresco and thought it was available on the raw data server (accessed ~ last week). However, I am no longer able to access that site https://rawdata.oceanobservatories.org/files/cruise_data/ and get a “Forbidden: You don’t have permission to access this resource.”. In an attempt to see if it had been moved to Data Explorer, I tried that site at well and am receiving a “Bad Gateway” error. Is there something wrong with the servers or planned maintenance going on?

Yes there is an issue that is impacting the Data Center. There appears to be an outage affecting cities and towns in the area (Portland through Eugene). I don’t know if that is the cause; the Data Center team is investigating.

Base on some internal communications, there currently seems to be an outage that is affecting access to the Data Center. That is all I know at this time. There might be other responses with additional details forthcoming.

The outage has been resolved. You should be able to access the Raw Data server and other OOI services again.
